Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday July 2, 2013

VSG on 06/30/09

107 today.  I am actually pretty happy here and think I will continue to stay closer to the top of my range.  I see more muscle definition so I think the extra few pounds are muscle mass acquired over the last year.

149.2 again. No plans for the 4th, as I am not in the good ol USA, but I think I will watch the monkeys and tucans and watch the stars with my man
