Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday July 2, 2013
150.2 - down 1.8 lbs - that some serious crapping. I feel better. I had to go back onto my steroid inhaler. I hate it, but it does seem to help.
Hubby and I are leaving tomorrow to pick up our daughter from camp. She's been gone for 2 weeks and I am ready to have her back. My son is staying home with the animals, so hubby and I get a sleepover - WOOT!!!
Looks like we are going to have to find something else to do for July 4th. Most of the surrounding cities and town have canceled their fireworks displays because of the high fire danger here. Hmmm...maybe I'll see if there is a baseball game in town.
What are your plans for July 4th?

Morning all:
Oh goodness. It seems an age since was last on here.
Not doing well with weight, but down a smidge since last posting.
Still 4.7 pounds above goal. It is very warm here and think that I am retaining all the water am drinking. And drinking, and drinking.
Have a good one everyone.

101 lbs today.
I'm at a lake and the water looks lovely and flat this morning. Should I go for a swim before the nasty speedboats get here? Or should I just sit and drink my coffee and protein shake? This is a tough decision :-)
On the fourth, I'll probably be watching the fireworks over this lake, shushing my dog Jane who will be barking her head off, convinced we're being invaded by....well...the fireworks.
I'm glad you're feeling better Slim! Whatever you decide to do on the 4th, I know it'll be fun.

Hubby and I are working on the 4th and probably doing yardwork in the evening since we have a full weekend ahead - not exactly how I would like to spend the holiday, but oh, well...
Having trouble convincing my husband that I need to run at least 3 time a week to not loose running fitness. I really hate having such a difficult time running. It does not feel very natural to me and is always a struggle but I still want to do it as long as I am able, it really helps me emotionally and to maintain my weight. I already ride bike once a week and do spin class 1-2 times a week as well as yoga and strength training - trying to find balance while still keeping up my aerobic fitness is a challenge.
152.3 - back near my lowest.
The colon cleanse is working well and it's been pretty gentle. I didn't realize how bad it was. Looks like I'd know better. I mean, I've been dealing with issues for over 10 years. Feel better, not so heavy and bloated. It helps that I slept TWELVE hours last night.
Tons of back/leg pain because I didn't take meds for those 12 hours, trying to get back on top of it.
Gah, I feel like all I do is ***** and moan.
