Hey, popping in to do this one today!

Today is the anniversary of mine & super-awesome Todd's wedding 11 years ago. 30lbs lighter than the day we married (wedding dress swims on me!)

Heading to Louisville for some fun times, 147.5 today- bit on the higher side, but also at that point in my cycle where my ankles have pillows in front of them (but much better than previous months, going the right direction there..)

Have fun everyone, enjoy the weekend, and hug the ones you hold dearest tightly.

Happy anniversary! That's awesome! Congrats!

154.8. So, yeah. I'm an IDIOT. The cleanse hasn't even worked yet, but the other stuff I did yesterday at least got some work done. Still an issue there.

I love my Vitamix. Put some protein powder in with your spinach and you will be good to go. -:)

When I have a protein drink, made with unsweetened almond milk, a few strawberries, I put about a cup of spinach in it. I have a problem getting enough veggies, so this is a way to get some extra nutrition and fiber. The spinach is rather flavorless, but it does turn the drink green. The Vitamix is wonderful for fully breaking down the spinach. Other veggies can be used, but spinach is easiest for me to use.

Very cool. I haven't done blended shakes since just after the surgery.

I add spinach into my version of Elina's chicken soup. I also add in Bok Choy and Cabbage. I make her Southwestern soup (little bit more of a kick with the chili powder and Cheyenne powder). I like it because I get lots of veggies in a serving.

Thanks!  I'm trying to figure out if I can realistically drop 10 more pounds.  The hills are just killing me.  I could have moved up 10-20 places if I could do even "fair" on some of these nasty hill climbs.
