Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday June 26

102.4 lbs.  Weird.  At 18 months out, I think my free ride is finally over, and now I actually have to work at maintenance!  As always, I'm not too concerned about my actual weight.  I'm more concerned about how I got here and how I'm going to have to hold the line. I tracked my cals on MFP yesterday and will continue to do so today.

Have a good one all!

150.2 loss of 2+ lbs in one day. Much better.

Had some buyer's remorse over the cars last night. I'm focusing on dealing with the feelings instead of turning to food - something I wouldn't have done 2 years ago. The cars are nice and we needed them. Sucks that we needed 2 at the same time, but it is what it is.

I get to pick up my boy from camp tomorrow. I can't wait. I hope I'll get to see my daughter, for a few minutes, too.

You are have a wonderful day!

fiona - I'm at that WORK stage, too. Weird how it changes around this time post op.

121 lbs. Maintenance definitely is a balancing act. Too much or too little is easier to achieve than just right if you know what I mean.

159 this morning. Um. What? LOL. Yeah, retention much?

Was super good with my eating today, and getting lots of water to flush the crap out of my system. I need to stop this cycle. Therapy tomorrow and a lot to talk about. I have a month until my back surgery and 2 months of recovery. I need a good plan in place.

I'm okay. My eating hasn't been horrible the past couple of weeks, just not where I want it to be in maintenance so I'm still figuring this out.

Oh, and my back hurts. LOL.

I wonder... when you go crazy, do you KNOW that you have? Hmmmmm.

*hugs* Sorry your dealing with all this crap. Sucks.

I say no, you don't know when you go crazy. That's the best thing about it. :-)
