102 lbs. Wow. I've definitely been playing loosey-goosey (sp?) with my eating habits. Back on MFP today!
Have a good one all!

156.2, it's higher than I want, but I'm okay with it for now. I know why, too much salt, too many carbs. I'm just being kind to myself right now and have been better today. Again. Always am until 8pm comes.
I'm having some weird sleep issues. Even with the Ambien, I cannot get to sleep until 1 or 2. Then I sleep until 10 or 10:30. I need to get back on a schedule. Sleep=good weight for me and I know that. I'm not sure what's going on. Actually, I do. I just keep thinking about the pain issues and the upcoming surgery and the things I might be eating that I "shouldn't" and how to figure out maintenance and just trying to get my head back on straight.
Ambien does weird stuff to me if I don't fall asleep within 30 minutes so I have conversations I don't remember - and worse, I'll get up and make "snacks" and not really remember. I might back off. I'm only taking 5mg (instead of the 10mg most folks do). Hmmm... or maybe just try to stop taking it.
Actually, I think I need to go to bed at 9:30, turn out all the lights and not get out of bed, no matter what comes in my head that I "need" to do. That seems to make my Ambien-induced brain do stuff. At least I'm not emailing clients! LOL!!!
My therapist comes back from vacation this week. LOL!
