Life has been great these last five years.  I feel great!  Let's keep up the good work and continue on maintenance for life!  See you all on MFP :)

Just read it... you are amazing... and spot on. I'm coming up on two years and realizing that I have stuff I still have to work on... probably always will, but I have a great tool to help as long as I use it properly.

You will do great!  Two years is an accomplishment.  I think those of us that get in trouble are the ones in denial.  " I have a miracle cure so I can eat/drink/do anything and not gain"  The truth is that we all struggle and we all have demons.  It's healthy and necessary to realize it so that we know what we have to work with.  So you are on the right path :)

You look fantastic! It's so good for the newbies to read your post.

It seems like every time I think I have a handle on this, something new life thing cause me to have to redefine what I think/do.

It's such a journey.

Amazing!  You look fabulous and I hope to be in your shoes at 5 years out.  Thank you for sharing your insight.  It helps us all, no matter where we are in our journey.
