Good morning all:

Have been absent.  Torn muscle giving grief. Extremely swollen.

Have not been hungry at all but went out for lunch yesterday and goodness it was salty. Rarely eat out for that reason.  Should have drunk a lot of water but didn't.

So up to 162.8

Goal is 160.

Not particularly happy but will drink and drink today.

Have a good one!!!

**** apple, that sounds so dang painful. I'm sorry you are going through that.

148.4 - I slept through the night - albeit in my recliner. I'll take it. Feeling 100 times better today which is good. We have lots of fun stuff planned for Dad's Day. Going out to the lake and renting paddle boats with my brother and his family. Then we're all heading out for an early-ish lunch. Then, I'll probably come home and pass out for a few hours. Being sick sucks rocks. I keep looking outside and getting pissed off because it's summer and pretty and the smoke from the fires is under control and I'm stuck on the couch hacking up a lung.

Happy Father's Day to all you dads.

Have a wonderful day!

155.2 - expected and okay with it for now.

Back to tracking and stuff today, sitting here drinking a protein drink for lunch to detox off all of the crap and get some protein in. Daughter and I having sleepover tonight. Our tradition is to split a cream horn, which we'll do and tomorrow starts again in earnest. I'm armed with Quest Bars (which I don't react to the apple and almonds in - Yay!), pumpkin seeds to keep the snack monster away and everything else I need. I really wanted to be at goal at the 2 year mark, but that's probably not going to happen in five days. I'm okay with that, I need a few days break more than to see that silly number.

Hubby is in the living room putting together his table saw for Father's Day. ... and life goes on :)

121 Went swimming for Dad's Day. I got home before anyone but dh was up. Then we went to see Man of Steal but the show we wanted to see was sold out which threw the whole day off. We went out to eat instead and the home to to do presents and then we watched the DVD I gave him.

He'll probably see Man of Steal without us and maybe we'll see something else as a family in a few weeks.

Hi everyone, been a busy week with French Exams, customer visits in New York city, graduation parties and cycling training...

Back down to 174, in the comfort range, though after hydration today I may pop back up a bit tomorrow.

My power output is up so much in the past month, I have to believe my gain is muscle.  Pants still fit, all L-sized shirts have been donated and new M-sized shirts replacing them.  Hopefully the final wardrobe turnover for a while.
