I'm sorry you're going through such a hard time right now.  You're not a downer.  We're all here to support each other, not just with our weight issues but also with our life issues.  For me, the two are inextricably intertwined.  I hope things get better for you soon....

Down 2 pounds.  Drank water all day long.

My leg, that has the torn muscle, was 20 inches in diameter.  More like an elephants leg.  HUGE. Swollen, bruised but the pain is not as bad.

Today it is down to 19 so that is a good sign.

162.4 on the scale.

Needs to be 160.

Hang in there Apple.  Hopefully the swelling will come down soon.  I know it's hard but try not to worry too much about your weight.  You can pick up where you left off once your leg is done healing.    Hugs to you!
