147.6 New low. It was a nice little surprise this morning.

I'm off to the races.

153 and I feel like hell today. Did too much. Ate too much crap. Therapy this morning. I realize I'm sabotaging myself because I'm afraid of what to do when I DO hit goal.

I so want to say **** it today and go eat a cheesecake. Instead, I'll drink my water, try to stay more aware and not beat myself up.

I really do want cheesecake though. Doesn't help that we're nearing that time of the month. *******s.

*hugs* I was in your same mental hell a couple of weeks ago. Just last week, I thought I might be done at 150.

I took at look at what was going on in my life, and really, there were just some small things that I need to change. 140 was my original goal. I was 140 in college and even though I'm 5'2 1/2" I have always carried weight well. I moved my goal weight to 135 just to give myself a little wiggle room, but 140 is really what I want. When I get there, I will consider myself a success.

You have come a long way. IMO, you already are successful, so you aren't sabotaging anything. Nothing is going to be different at your goal weight of 150 than it is at 153.

You are absolutely correct, I just have this crazy need to see it on the scale. LOL... and I totally would if I'd stop playing with my food.

The thing is that I'm maintaining and I'm happy with that at the moment. It's just a funny space I'm in. LOL. I'm not upset with myself or anything, which is new... it's just something I realized I was doing. I'll lose to 151 or 152, then eat some crap so I don't lose more. LOL.

BUT, hell, I can't complain. Who the hell loses 220 pounds?!?! Yeah, I definitely consider myself successful :)

133.0
I've weighed 133 or less for the past week. I weighed 133 yesterday. I'm still figuring out maintenance and how to increase calories from healthy foods instead of calories from eating crap. I'm also concerned about relying on exercise to maintain my weight because my plastic surgery is in less than 8 weeks. I think the recovery is going to be horrible and it may be a few months before I can resume weight training again.

I don't even want to put my weight in here anymore because I am so discouraged and going through a hard time right now.....basically I lost 3 pounds last week but I was highly stressed with a death/funeral and lots of other stuff going on.  Blah...sorry to be such a downer.
