151.9 - woot, new low, I think.

Spending the day remodeling my daughter's room. We pulled up the carpet yesterday and took the wall plates off and removed everything from the walls. Today is scraping the floor and taking down the popcorn ceiling and prepping a bit.

Next up is painting and flooring (wood)

Teaching the kids the joys of cleaning. My main rule has always been that they have to help with whatever I ask, whenever I ask. Computer games, TV shows, friends must immediately be put aside to do the dishes, etc. They already have chores, but we are working on the bigger stuff. Doing their own laundry. Mowing the lawn. Just the few things we didn't get around to last summer. The eye rolls and sighs warm my heart.

Hubby is out with the 15 yo working on driving on the highway.

I worked out with my trainer this morning. This afternoon I'm scrapbooking with friends.

Morning everyone:

At goal. Not one smidge up or down. 

Spent yesterday in emergency dealing with a calf muscle tear. VERY painful.   And all I did was get out of bed. 

Let's hear it for  all the medical people who were kind, attentive and caring.

122. I'm trying to hold here at least in terms of how my body looks. The crazy part of me wants to see 119 on the scale. But only if I can do that without getting any thinner. LOL

I'm supposed to be stapling wristbands to race bibs but I can't make myself do it. I've been playing Facebook games instead.

Just back from my weekly "long ride."  72 miles today, much faster than last week (4:22 vs 5:16).  

Weight remaining steady at 171.9.  Was a bit lower during the week, but "carbed up" a bit for the long ride.
