Gooood morning!

When does school get out where you're at? My kids' last day is this Friday. My daughter's is Thursday because she and I are hopping on a plane to visit a friend in Idaho for a few days. Yay!

156.5 this morning. I wish I could pretend I don't know why, but I'm having a reentry to the real world problem. I'm going to buckle down HARD today, push water and cut out the crap. I had my little food party. I know I'm scared of reaching my goal weight and I accept that. But it's time to finish this. I got this.

Good Morning!  My husband and I don't have children, but we are both teachers:). Our last day was last Thursday!! I love having summers off!!

I am 149.3# this morning!

Candy- I love the fact that you can be free to indulge and then get right back on it.  I'm living that way, too. It's so much more manageable with the sleeve.  Before, I just couldn't get back on track, so far I've been able to do that and I hope I always will.  Hubby helps with that process.  He lost 70# before i was sleeved and has maintained within a few pounds.

Have a great day, ya'll

Yeah, unfortunately, I cannot remain hardcore the entire time I'm losing. I end up in a VERY long binge period. At least this way I can contain it. I hope to eventually make it to where it's easier. And it is getting easier. Dealing with food issues, therapy issues and the fear of maintenance is tough. BUT my eyes are wide open to the issue and what I'm doing and why, so that's a good change.

Hubby is a teacher here too :) His last day is Monday.

Morning everyone:

I work in an industry where, at the end of the year, we get a lot of school tours. I love them. The students are wonderful.  School here does not close until end of June.  They return first week of Sept.

Down today.  159.8     .2 below goal.   .

Appreciated the previous discussion on balance.

Have the best day.

Greetings Earthlings.  119 today and seeing some rain but we are below normal so its ok.

Have a fairly non stressful day planned (famous last words) so can catch up on art work.

Hey don't be afraid of reaching goal. There will be no parade or brass band but there will be a deep inner satisfaction. Go for it.  Diane
