128.8 this morning, which is a new low. I sort of thought I might be happier around 125 v. 135, not sure why, but either way today's weigh in is good news in my book. I took a look at my previous weigh ins and I've lost 7 lbs. in the last 2.5 months. I think I'm finding my balance.

How do I work this message thing???

After 3 years and 3 months I've broken into simply being overweight!  Great feeling.  Down over 10 stone from my heaviest, 98 pounds since the op.

I love that "stone" measurement of weight.  And Americans get criticized for not going metric (which we richly deserve) !

Hey!  When I was in school I learnt chains, forlongs and pecks...  REAL MEASUREMENTS  LOL  I still think in miles+yards+inches, stones and pounds.  ;-)

118 today. low but not gonna worry about it. it will creep back.

sunny day here on the north coast . amazing how much beautiful weather affects mood. also got a good report on my mom's condition as she slept well last night and thats been a big problem.

Burning Flipside sounds like fun. Always wanted to do Burning Man but too dang hot. Maybe we should have "Molding Man" here in the damp north coast.

I am like a yo-yo all the time. 167.4 today.  I was hoping to get back to 165.6 which is where I am most of the time, but for the time being, I think I am eating a little too much salt.  I have to get this going in the right direction again.  I was really ticked off when my doctor was documenting my BMI for my upcoming plastic surgery and decided that I was a whole inch shorter than just before my VSG.  My BMI was 27 all of a sudden.  I really almost cried.  I was so close to being where I should be, but not anymore, noooooooooooooo.

Maybe I will be one of the lucky ones and lose 10 lbs with my tummy tuck (circular).

Take care everyone.

You could also up your water and "flush" if you can't control the salty stuff... That's what I'm trying to do.  Too many almonds = too much salt, but lots of water will counteract, I think
