Good morning!

153.8 so all is good but wish the scale would cooperate, I'm doing all the right things so I know it will drop eventually so I'm not all that worried. Just tired of seeing 151, 153, 151, 153... LOL.

Plastics consult today around lunch time. Deep Breath!

Good morning all:

Down 2.2 pounds to 158.3.   Goat is 160.  A VERY busy day yesterday which helped. Up and down stairs all day long plus 70 minutes of fast walking.

Hope that the consult goes well.

If this is Wednesday, May 22nd, then I am 150.2. If your date is right, I'm checking myself into the "spa" (southern for mental hospital) because I was picked up aliens or something.
