152.6# this am.  I am up because I am stress eating as I always do at the end of a school year.  This too shall pass. 

Please pray for Oklahoma weather to calm and for those folks that lost everything last night from tornados.  Devastation everywhere...

100.2 lbs today.  Back on the plus side, yey!

118. lost weight on trip. this is a little low for me but it will bounce back.
