Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday, April 20th 2013
Morning - just want to say hello this Monday morning. Maintaining my weight, but the stress of being a caregiver to someone you love is pushing me to poor food choices. I need to (and will) get back to healthier choices and exercise.
Everyone have a great week. And Rob - take care of those boys!
Judy
I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. My sister is in the same position - I'm sure you know this, but: Keep in mind - you MUST take care of yourself in order to take care of the other person. Exercise reduces stress... and makes you mentally and physically stronger to do what you need to do in such a difficult situation.
Take care!
Tom

Judy - I just want to give you a big hug. But, here's a cyber *HUG* since I can't.
Being a caregiver was one of the hardest things I've ever been through. The spectrum of feelings that you go through each day just can't be described.
Get through this the best way that you can and know that we are all here for you.

I'm up early. And my hands haven't tingled in a few days. Could it be that knowing I have a new job had decreased my stress levels???
120. Which was a bit of a shock, but I'll take it for as long as it lasts.
