Surgery went well last week. The boys are still pissed at me - we seem to talk alot about my scrotum here, weird.
Threw my pain meds away yesterday. Looking forward to running again soon.

Scranus. I think you can figure out the definition...
Usage: "After 110 miles of riding, my scranus really hurt."
