98.6 lbs today.  I predict it will be higher tomorrow!

Off to the gym for some climbing this morning, then shopping for scooter gear this afternoon.  It's going to be good day :-)

I have plans to eat a PILE of crap tonight, I'm partying with a friend. I'm working into my plan this week, but this is my over-calorie day for sure. Honestly, sometimes a good binge makes me start losing again when I bump it back down really hard the next day, so hey... I'll volunteer for that test. LOL! Bring on the Milano cookies!
