149.2 -  up 1.2 this am. Probably salt. I ate beef jerky last night for dinner because I didn't feel like having anything else. Also put too much salt on my asparagus.

I'll pump the water and stay away from salt today and see how things go.

House work today. Sunny and beautiful. I want to go on a bike ride today and tomorrow.

You all have a fantastic day!

Heh, we were posting at the same time. LOL!

====

Good morning! So, what's everyone's plans this weekend / Mother's Day? We don't make a big deal out of these holidays, really. I don't need some big gesture, I'm lucky that I usually feel pretty appreciated on a regular basis. I am taking the kids and my MIL and going to a "Cookies with Mom" decorating class. We love doing that stuff so it should be fun. Going to Red Lobster (MIL's fave restaurant) before for lunch. Tomorrow is book club (yeah, we always have it on Mother's Day - getting AWAY from our a families LOL!)

151.5 - just under my lowest. Pain doc yesterday. He doesn't like me being on hydrocodone for so long (me either!) so he gave me a month's RX for the pain patch. I'm a little freaked out because one of the top side effects is weight gain. So close to goal and I'm not sure I can mentally handle it if I put on 10 pounds or something. I have to be okay with it though because I can't keep doing what I'm doing. The best is that I can DRIVE while on the pain patch so I don't have to sit here in severe pain and wait until I get my daughter from school. It's a controlled release medication over the course of 7 days. Expensive, but I'm running out of patience and mental stability here. It takes a few days for it to build up in your system. I'm hoping it works!

I did a presentation for an online conference yesterday called "Thriving (Not Just Surviving) Through Transformations" and I took my life/weight loss and used it to show how I did it using the same stages of change that I used with big changes with my business. It was really hard, emotional and raw and honest. I got a good reception. It's something I've wanted to do for a while. I'm glad I did it. I want to tweak the webinar, redo it. Break it down into a webinar series, then perhaps a book, a classroom, workbook, etc. I have a message and I want to share it. It's REALLY scary though. I not only shared my childhood issues and weight issues, but the hard fast numbers on my business success too. I have to be okay with "bragging". Hard because I'm used to wanting to hide that so people don't "hate me". Hmmm. Issues, much?

LOL... have a great weekend everyone!

175.2 - top of my mx range.  Not enough exercise this week between long work days, business dinners, family health crises, etc.  Definitely low on water, so like Slim, I'll be working on that.

Windy and cold here today, hope to do my weekly 50mile ride tomorrow.  Next Sunday is my 110 miler in New York so I need to stay sharp...

99.8 lbs today.  Did I mention I busted my arm a few weeks ago and haven't been to the gym since?  I miss working out!  I think I'll give it a try next weekend.  Hopefully my arm will be healed by then.

Up in Tahoe for the weekend.  Brought lots of work and homework with me though.  At least I get to stare at a lake while working...Maybe I'll take a break and go for a bicycle ride at some point...we'll see.

Have a good one all.

Hubby and I went to Macaroni Grill last night. I enjoyed my wine, shrimp, bread and pasta--so non-sleeve "plan" friendly, but I work these treats in and it works for
me.
Then we saw "The Great Gatsby".

Mother's Day is not the same since I lost my mother, and my family pretty much ignores holidays anyhow.
