Looks like I'm the early bird today!  I can't believe it's May!

The scale dropped more for me today....I don't get it.  How can I be physically eating more and still dropping so quickly!  It'sa phenomena for sure!

132.8 this morning.......only 7.8 pounds of wiggle room left before I get concerned.

Are you eating healthy fats, like avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil, etc? Healthy fats are the easiest way too add calories, without increasing the volume. Also, peanut, almond, and other nut butters are healthy choices. You do need to slow it down.

I eat avocado, oils, full fat cheeses, and soy butter. I can't do nuts, nut butters, or seeds as my daughter is deathly allergic, It's finding the balance between my exercise burn and the sweet spot in terms of calories. I see my dietician next week again......it will get sorted out. I have high restriction still with my sleeve so it has to be the caloric density that increases and not the portion size so you're definitely right.

Finding that balance between exercise and food intake can definitely be tricky, whether trying to lose, maintain, or gain. Your dietician should be able to help you.

183.2 Today.  Guess the swing is going back the other way.  Too many rich foods this weekend!

Saw my surgeon for the Hernia yesterday.  Surgery is scheduled for the 15th.  Now to see if we can do plastics at the same time....

Morning:

Am grateful for the new folks coming on board but wonder where some others are:  Mom, Mikey, Elina, Frisco?  Are you all ok??

Down 3.1 below goal so that is good.

Cold here today but oh so crisp.

Enjoy the day everyone.

So I'm cold and a little bitter about the snow (even though we really need it) and my first response definitely rings of my bitterness.

I miss them all, too, but I know that many of us will get tired of OH and move on. In a way, I think of it as taking off our training wheels.

At least, I definitely feel the need to move off the main forum. I'm mostly on here, now, but I still lurk on the main forum.
