Funny - after looking at my data upload from the day his only criticism was "you didn't eat enough!"

Morning all:
Congratulations to the amazing athletes on the board. You are my inspiration.
Up a poung to 158 but still 2 below goal. The funny thing is I ' feel' very fat today.
Walked for 90 minutes on Sat and 60 on Sunday. Being outside was the main thing. And just heading out the door for a walk. Well they walk and I pant to keep up.
Have a great day everyone.
182.2
Back up overnight. Had an awesome weekend with Hubby. It was stormy and crappy Saturday so I finished a couple of books that I had been meaning to read for a while. Saturday we just hung out together.

151.0 *shrugs* No idea.
I talked to my doc about this stall from hell. He said that at this point I HAVE to get in more workouts. He's right. Compared to what I was doing this time last year, I'm a complete lazy ass this year. If I'm completely honest with myself, I'm feeling a little down right now - just some silly things that I need to work through. I'll probably end up giving myself a tongue lashing, not unlike some of the tongue lashings I've handed out on OH, and I will be better after that.
Oh, and I meant to tell you all last week that I got the Library job. I'm off to get fingerprinted and notarized and hand over my first-born and all that. Hope to get it all done today.
You all have a wonderful day!
Congrats on getting the library job!! I had to really change up and increase the intensity of my exercise routine to get off the 4-5 lbs of weight gain that I had put on. Plus, I eliminated some things from my diet and have been eating very clean since the end of January . It has been slow going, but slow and steady wins the race and helps to preserve the muscle mass. It feels good to know that I have control of this. Food tracking and exercise are my two best friends.

Congrats on the library job! That's actually my dream job so please do tell us how your days go. That way, I can live it vicariously through you :-)
