Good Morning,
Actually dropped to my lowest weight ever, 154.8 this morning. Can't say I was really trying to do that, but a little more "wiggle" room is fine. Right now stress is actually reducing my eating, but who knows - by tomorrow I could be overeating - I hope not. Thanks so much to everyone for your prayers and good wishes. They mean a lot, even if we are just virtual friends.
Judy
I second the congrats to jacreasy and jubjub on their surgiversaries today!
182.7 this morning. I'm feeling a bit frustrated, as my eating has been okay. I had a good workout at class last night, and I've been constipated for a few days, so, most likely the higher number is from those factors, but I'm really getting tired of seeing number over 180. I do continue to look at what I'm eating, and when I need to, am trying to make adjustments. Walking and other exercise is on the increase as well, which is a positive thing! I'll be exchanging my new hula hoop, once the person finishes the new one. The one I have may be too small, so I'm not able to hoop as easily as I could. Or it could also be that I'm just an uncoordinated klutz, but we'll see! LOL
156 today and not letting that get to me, I think this happened the first few days after the steroid shot too - plus the usual up and down. Still in pain. Still hating it, but I'm kind of in "whatever" mode.
I'm arguing with Dodge today though. I refused to go get my van yesterday. I took it in for the SECOND time because the airbag light keeps coming on. Doesn't matter who is in the van, or anyone or where they are sitting. Doesn't matter how fast or slow or even if we're moving at all. It's been going on for a few months now. They say it's not throwing an error code and to bring it in when it's happening so they can hook it up. Ummm... it stays on for 2 seconds or 10 minutes, it's RANDOM. So, they basically said nothing they can do.
Nope, that's not going to fly with me. Either it's a sensor or a real problem with the airbag system. I don't want the airbag going off when I'm driving down the road or NOT going off if we're in an accident. Like I told them, would THEY want their family riding around not knowing what's going on. So, yeah. They haven't called me back since I told them I'm not coming to get it.
I need wheels though. I'm going to call corporate again. LOL. I can be a real ***** but this is a SAFETY issue. I don't think I'm over-reacting here. They need to FIND the problem.

181 today; 184.2 yesterday.
I posted the details in my update on the main board. Hernia + Slow transit constipation from the muscle weakness = Feeling BAD. I never really understood before just how bad bloating could make you feel. So glad things are finally "On The Move" so to speak.
