Thanks - I am hoping it will pass and it is due to allergies perhaps. I just freak out when I have more than a day or so of feeling blue since I had a history of clinical depression prior to WLS.

Good morning. I came home from work as my tummy is not feeling well, and I fear I've gotten the bug that's going around. Drinking a cup of mint tea in hopes that things will settle down.

181.7 today - 0.10 lb. down. Basically the same as yesterday, but I usually bounce up on Wednesdays, following dance class Tuesday night. Last night's class was very intense and went late. I also got there early to practice with others before class. Hoping the steps I've been taking to get back into a downward trend are starting to work.
