Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 4/11

Mom is hopefully sleeping in, so I'll get us started.

155.0 this morning. 2 pounds lost overnight, which explains why I spent the night up and down peeing, swelling is WAY down in my back and legs, almost normal again. Still some pain, but really manageable today. I'm hoping for the best as the day moves on. Just .5 pounds until "normal BMI", 5 pounds to goal. Crazy.

I'm trying to NOT think about still wanting to move my goal. LOL. Oy. I hit the original goal of 175, new goal 150... thinking I want 140, but I dunno, that just sounds nuts when I say it out loud. I've lost 220 pounds!

What's so funny is I was just going to maintain. Figures. Of course, I've been eating like 600 calories per day because I'm just not hungry... LOL. I really hate when Frisco is right ;)

Candy, I totally relate to what you're saying. I've revised my goal already and now am thinking about doing it again. Ugh. Just not sure.

134 lbs. this morning. I've been able to maintain between 132-135 for the last month just fine, calories around 1,200 daily. Really thinking I'd like 125 better...

150.4 - lost some of the water retention.

I've forced myself into maintenance with the things I'm eating. Elina's post yesterday really spoke to me. So, I am putting on my oxygen mask first. I do love myself enough to make food choices that will assist me in getting to goal.

Stress will always try to be first in line and whine louder than all the others. But, I will be choosing what is more important.

Candy - congrats on the loss!. So awesome. Crossing my fingers that you pain relief continues.

Go Candy!  I'm glad to hear the pain is receding, plus the added bonus of having lost two lbs!  Sweet!

100.2 lbs today.

Have a good one, all!

First weigh in in over a month- 142.6, right where I like to be (my comfy range seems to be higher 130's lower 140's.. less I've realized=skeletal face, more=poochy belly.) Made me smile to see that, and realize that I can maintain without stressing the ups and downs that come from hopping on the scale every day. Jeans fit well- scale confirms, I'm good.

Now I think I may try a weekly weigh-in on weds, see how that treats me.. but the break was nice.

Glad to hear you're feeling a little better candy!

181.6 today - going down from my bounce up since a pretty intense dance class Tuesday night.  We still have 2 1/2 minutes of a 5 1/2 minute routine to learn, then polish, and the recital is about 5 weeks away!

Been super crazy busy the past few days with work and home life, but all is good!

I really want to lower my goal as well, as others have mentioned, but every time I start to try to get back into weight loss mode, I find myself sabotaging.  Obviously, I still have some head stuff to work on.  I don't want to gain, so I'm focusing on maintaining right now.  I'm healthy and feel good, but do feel the need to lose some more.  I am ordering weighted hula hoops for my daughters and me to work on core strength and hopefully losing more inches.  We all thought it would be a fun activity to do together.
