Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 4/8

Good morning and happy Monday! Crazy weekend, one of those where you look forward to going back to work so you can relax. But we got a lot accomplished, so it was a successful madness.

This week's weight: 136.0

162.9, just fine for now

Super sore today, injection around 1pm. Really nervous. Can't eat anything until after, but can have a cup of coffee and some water. Hopefully gives some relief. I had a ****tastic weekend, pain wise.

*hugs* I hope you get relief from the shots. The relaxing drugs they gave me before the shots were THE BEST. I told them I was nervous and baddabing-baddaboom I had happy drugs.

Take it really easy for 24 hours after.

Yeah, gave me happy juice during it. I was awake, but not climbing off the table, although it was weird. We'll see. I hate getting needles in my back, but whatever.

I do hope it works for you. How long does it generally take for an injection like that to have an impact?

They said to call in one week to see how it went. Can take 3-7 days to see results. I dunno, I'm pessimistic about it working, but willing to try.

Gotta love weekends like those Mom! And Candy, I really hope that injection offers you some relief. Sending you positive thoughts from Maine this morning!!! 

I was up till about 3 am last night doing homework and today I'm filling in for a co-worker, I don't usually work Mondays.

134 this morning, up from 132.6 yesterday. 

108.5 lbs.

Good Morning!!! 157.4. I'm up .4 from last week. I've had a couple of bad eating days. Ugh!!! I have 22 pounds until goal. I'd like to get there before my 1 year appt. I need to buckle the belt and knock off the nonsense eating.

I'm going to see the neurosurgeon today for some back issues. Weight loss has not helped in that area. In fact, it's worse! Hoping to find some relief.
