Daily Maintenance Weigh In - TGIF 4/5
Good morning. I do believe we've been below freezing for the last time overnight. 10-day forecast shows lows overnight of 45 degrees or higher every night. Time to take my coat to the cleaners and pack my sweatshirts and sweaters away, except for the jacket kind for mornings on the way to work.
This week's weight: 136
Weekend plans: paint my husband's new workshop that we just built while he, daughter and daughter's BF trench for the power.
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
160.3 - another pound down and just a pound until my lowest. Trying to just maintain, but have had no appetite, so I'm riding that train while I can. My pants are super loose this morning so I think the swelling is going down and some fat redistributed over this time. My yoga pants had to be cinched up. The good news is that I didn't completely freak out when I gained a few pounds this time. All about making myself feel in control. Good feeling.
Xray this morning. Fun.
Nothing really planned this weekend. A friend is having a spa party at her house tomorrow, other than that, I'm just going to take it easy.
It's 36 this morning. This sucks. Bring it on, Summer!

Morning All! 181.2 again today.
This weekend includes cleaning the house, as it needs it desperately! Maybe some initial yard clean-up too, though there's still a pile of snow from where our plow guy put it. I also have to get up at the crack of dawn tomorrow, as recital tickets go on sale at 7. If you're not there at least a couple of hours before they start, you can't get decent seats. Some people camp out all night, but I'm not that dedicated. So I will be outside freezing my bottom off at 5 or 5:30 Sat. morning - oh joy! LOL
Happy Friday!
What a long week it has been. Gray and rainy here. Trying not to weigh so often, so no number today. I am dealing with a very scary health situation with my husband, and as we await appointments and test results, I have found myself mindlessly eating ... And not good stuff. That has to stop today!
150.6 - too much salt. I went a little crazy with it yesterday.
Went for a stroll around the mall with my daughter yesterday. She always helps me to feel brave enough to walk into shops that I probably wouldn't even look at normally. Anyway, we walked into a place called White and Black, Or Black and White (**** I don't know). Adorable clothes. There was this beautiful strapless corset top that I ogled. My daughter and I were admiring it when a young woman came over. "Let me start a dressing room for you." She begins looking through the tops. "Are you a size 2 or 4?" Uh...uh...NEITHER! I did screech, I'm sorry to say. "I'm a 10-or 12 and there is no way I am trying that on." Visions of back fat dripping down the poor, unsuspecting top kept me from even touching it." The young woman smiled at me and said. "You are not a 10."
I will never know what I am in that top. But, I do love vanity sizing.
I LOVE that store. Such cute stuff!

174.2 - dropped back in to my comfort zone.
Only took eating clean plus 90 minutes of soul-crushing hill climbs last night.
But whatever it takes.
