Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 4/4

Good morning and happy Thursday. It's my early day so I'm already at work; the only consolation is that I get off early as well.

It's supposed to break 60 tomorrow and finally break 70 on Monday. By this time last year we'd been over 70 degrees 15 different days.

This week's weight: 136.0

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

161.5 - same as yesterday, yay!

I only went to bed 4 hours ago. Insomnia sucks. I waited too long to take my Ambien so yeah. Sleep begets weight loss (and more sleep). Feeling okay this morning, comparatively.

It's 46 outside right now. We're supposed to get up to 65 today and 80 by Sunday. Ahhh, Austin.

Mom, normally I want it to warm up but we are due for the 17yr Cicadas this spring. Soon as the ground gets to 65 degrees they will be everywhere.

175.5 - still hanging in the red-zone.  Big workout tonight, so hopefully that will kick start some droppage.

Warming up here finally.  We'll be outside tonight, doing repeated hill-climbs, every cyclists most hated exercise.  But I need it to get ready for the long rides coming up in 3 and 7 weeks.

Good morning!  181.2 again this morning.

FYI to those who are having trouble posting because of IE 9.  DH figured out what to do.  Go up to the address bar when you are on here, and click on the broken box in the far right hand corner, to turn on the compatibility mode.  This step worked like a charm for this and for the work related site that I needed to be able to add to.  Thanks Jay!!!

The weather here was in the high 20's when I got up, but is supposed to be in the high 40's to low 50's.  I am chomping at the bit for the real spring to arrive!  S\The snow is almost all gone and I've actually seen crocuses blooming in some yards, so there is hope!

150.0 - I had a bad eating day yesterday. Today is a new day.

I'm taking a break from the main forum.

Heaven forbid that I vent on the main forum, though. I will be verbally  chased down the a mob.
