Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Wednesday 4/3
150.2 - FuUUUuuuUUUuuUUUck. I am in pain. I didn't get to the chiropractor yesterday - going in this am. This sucks. I have a really high pain tolerance - not a good thing.
I'm mad. Pissed. Annoyed. I have to make a hard, grown-up decision about whether to continue with karate. Damn it to hell. I just am feeling this pain too much and I can't be mommy from the couch. I refuse to take any pain meds mostly because I start having meaningful conversations with a wall. It isn't pretty.
I don't know. Gonna talk to the chiro today. He's been one of my cheerleaders for the past year and a half.
I think I will also look into other places to workout again. Hubby has a major aversion to personal trainers, but he likes to play racquetball and stuff like that. Hmm...
Okay, Day 3 of operation 14 yo driving school commences.
I'm sorry you're in pain too :( I hate pain meds, but by 1pm, I have no choice in the matter. Luckily, it just makes me goofy, but I don't like the loss of freedom (driving). It makes me crazy.
Good luck with the decision. Thinking of you! And the driving too.... eeeep

Thanks. The chiropractor usually makes everything better. But, lately I've noticed that it isn't helping and I have to see him more and more.
I can do the same classes that the kids take. They are easier because the instructors have to go slower so that the little kids can keep up. I just prefer the adult classes.
So, my happy medium will probably be to take the kids classes for awhile.
Okay off to the chiro - hurts so good.

134.8 today.
My original goal was 150. Hit that and thought I still had some more to lose so I revised to 13**** 135 a couple weeks ago. Looking at myself in the mirror this morning and thinking it wouldn't hurt my feelings to come down another 5 or 10...
175.2 - still. Not coming down too easily this time. Good news is that i'm making good progress in my training, so it may still be muscular retention of water and muscle repair. (fingers crossed).
