Sorry to hear about your daughter! My son has epilepsy, was diagnosed a couple years ago after spending a week in pediatric intensive care at EMMC. He also has accompanying developmental delays. We were seeing a pediatric neurologist out of Bangor until she left and now we're seeing one out of Maine Medical Partners in Scarborough. Things will work out, just keep the faith. Getting a clear diagnosis is the hardest part. Let me know if you need anything. We have to meet up for coffee or something sometime!!!
And hehe, I have a nut problem too. They just got packages of almonds at the Dollar Tree, I was so excited to see them so cheap I bought a few bags.

Morning all:
Glad that most of us seem to be on ' the mend' figuaratively speaking if not in reality. Chronic pain is just something else. It is like a constant hum in the brain.
Still 161.3. However food choices yesterday were not all that wise. Big Easter Dinner with too much food. Yum. But really did I need to eat that much?
Goal is 160 so it would be nice to be there and below it.
Have a good day everyone. For those in pain I hope it all goes away. FAR away.
Very late to the party today. Overate both weekend days with a piece of carrot cake each day. Didn't choose to weigh today. I did track it and wasn't too far over goal.
Good luck to those of you with the body breaking down issues. I had to have a total knee replacement in November, 1 year after my VSG and so far, it's been great. Unfortunately at some point, I'll probably need to have the other knee done, but I'm hoping not too soon. It's a big surgery with a big recovery time, but feels worth it to me (now).
