Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 4/1
Good morning. It's April Fool's Day, so keep your eyes out for dirty tricks.
This week's weight: 136.2
Yawn. Did not want to get up this morning. Hope everyone has a great Monday.
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
164.0 - back in my temporary maintenance range. I feel like my hissy fit is starting to abate a little. LOL. I have to "go there" before I can come through the other side. Part of what I learned in therapy (see, my $$ goes to something - giving myself permission to be a 3 year old!)
Mom, thanks for the notes about the knees. I honestly haven't visited anyone about it yet, it's far down the list as it's the least of my pains right now, but that's good to know. I'll likely end up at a pain doctor for the back and I'll mention it for sure!
Feeling better today, the pain from my back is gone this morning, but it's back in my sit bones. Fun. LOL!

Hugs and love!!! I have to have a fit, too before i can get better...I've had more back pain post-VSG than when I was fat. I've trying to manage with the chiropractor but it doesn't last. I've had an MRI and am trying to get into to. Neurosurgeon. Then I tripped and fell at school at the Easter Party (nice, huh! i look up and there are all my kids looking down at me with eyes as big as saucers) and am out of whack big time and the chiropractor won't see me. I feel like I'm more trouble than I was before.
Hope you feel better soon!!
175.2 - bacon for breakfast yesterday + salty ham + grazing on salty nuts at easter dinner = +3.5 lbs in one day.
**Red Zone** - top of maintenance range - even if only H2O.
Today we'll be eatin' clean and lots of fluids.
Bike goes into the shop today for a tune up so it's ready for the century ride in a couple weeks. It's only 19 degrees this morning. High of mid-30s. Ugh.
Took the Porsche out of storage on Friday so we're ready for warm weather - if it ever comes, and got the snow tires off and summer tires on the BMW Saturday. (tempting fate here in Minnesota - but what the heck).
Since the Porsche was sort of my "goal" gift to myself, I'm thinking vanity license plates... how about "125 LBS" or "LOST125" - to serve as a reminder always that I have the car for a reason - if the reason goes away I'll have to sell the car :)

152.2 - that's what happens when you eat one effing piece (okay 1 and 1/2 pieces) of my cake.
Side note, I am feeling the need to get down to business with these last few pounds. Won't be doing shakes again. But, I am going going to add in some long walks (3 miles) and just be more careful what I pick to eat - i.e. clean eating.
Also, this coming weekend hubby and me are going to buy new bikes. We're going to give our old bikes to the kids. Can't wait. We live near a lake and we love riding over there. Last summer we didn't ride much.
