Daily Maintenance Weigh In - TGIF 3/29
I didn't say anything. She knows better; she's just choosing to eat what she wants.
I found the eating so easy to figure out, mostly because I ate the same (bad for me) things most days before surgery. Now I eat the same (good for me) things most days after surgery. I also still do shakes. So a big bag o' broccoli and some calorie free dressing, a bag of apples, some little cheeses, some yogurts, my peanut butter (warning - that was a stop losing thing, not recommended for you). 2 shakes and a Quest bar a day and I'm done. Sometimes a small bowl of oatmeal instead of the Quest bar.
I feel bad for folks who have to cook for families. I just let hubs take that over. I think that's what really makes things difficult, not the surgery eating itself.

Ok,
So get the **** off the shakes they are making you psychotic. They always make you psychotic. you have 3 days then it all goes sideways, so **** it.
The thing about the shakes and even the soup is that it feels like dieting and deprivation and 20 months out it ******g kills us. so i'd say have some soup but just do clean eating. It's gonna come off or not but just hunker down because one thing i know for both of us is that when we start to feel deprived and it's not showing up on the scale Armegg******ggeddon is about to take place in the form of M&M's or potato chips or whatever our particular poison is.
so just get to regular clean eating. If there's one thing we know after all this time is that it's going to come off when and if it feels like it and killing ourselves just doesn't pay off for us slow losers.
Doing the shakes probably helped with your cravings and appetite so it wasn't a bust but it's time to get your equilibrium back.
Cheers
108.9 lbs.
well, I haven't seen this number since last fall. I've had a cold this week and my calories have been lower than usual and my exercise has been less. I've been keeping my protein up, but overall calories are lower. It will go back up, when I start a heavy weight cycle next week. I'll take it.

I am a little person, so 3-4 pounds is a big deal, which is why I keep my range low. 5 pounds and I would be in a different size.
