I'm sticking with the protein shakes for as long as I can tolerate. Time to fight as long as I can for these last few lbs.

I'm back to work from my surgery last Wednesday. Half day today, full day tomorrow, then 4 more days off before I have to come back again. So far so good. I'm eating food I get to chew, so life is looking up.

Good morning all!  179.3 this morning.  I guess any water I retained from my dance class has passed. 

Gearing up for a busy weekend.  We have to be in Portland tomorrow morning before 9, for my little one's neurology appointment, and it's an hour and a half drive.  Then on to Boston with the older one and her friend for a Celtics game.  We're staying down there overnight, then going to my MIL's in southern ME Saturday to Sunday.  I may not be able to post again until Monday, so have a great weekend everyone and Happy Easter!

172.0 - dropping after multiple-travel-bloat.  Back home from NY for 10 days before I start a really long slog to NY, Paris, and bangalore for most of April.

Might be warm enough to start riding outside this week.  Fingers crossed!
