Eggs in Italian......

Yup 2AM jet lagged and needed to eat.......

I'm posting this here cause I can't use it for Cafe Frisco as it is not really a WL meal, it's a bit on the fatty side but certainly within some peoples maintenance parameters.

I brought back about a kilo (2.2lbs.) each of both Mortadella and Parmigiano Reggiano as well as a bottle of EVOO from Italy yesterday.

Here is my 2AM meal.

A scrambled egg, sliced Mortadella, sprinkle of Parmigiano and drizzle of olive oil.......... Nice !!!

Real Italian food is very clean and simple......great ingredients....

First - Yum! When my hubby dies, I'm marrying you.

Second - I know when I get in from a long trip and it's 2am, I think "geez, I'll make some eggs, make it look all pretty and take some photos of it". LOL! :)
