5 DAY POUCH TEST
I'll say I'm not a big believer it in, but others swear by it. I dunno, I usually just clean it all up and go back to protein and veggies and buckle down for the two days of carb withdrawal. BUT do what works for you.

I've done it a couple of times. I didn't see a major change in my weight. Mostly, it helped me to kind of reset, but for me, the reset didn't last that long.
I'll probably do protein shakes and maybe Elina's soups for a few days starting today because I've seemed to have lost my mojo.
I think folks should do whatever helps them.
Good luck.

What helps me the most of anything is to track my food. If I am tracking, I don't get off track for more than a day or two. If I'm not tracking, then starting back up shows me what I'm doing wrong and lets me gradually change things in a sustainable way. I've only stopped tracking 3x since I started this journey whereas I see people who post 3x a year that they needs to "get back on the wagon/on track/to healthy habits" 3x a year who don't track!

Yep, if it doesn't make it into my FatSecret app, it doesn't make it into the ole piehole....Track it Baby! Haven't tried the Pouch test because I've heard mixed reviews. I'm much more inclined to eat Elina's green chicken soup for a few days because I know it's a healthy low cal, high protein way to go. Do what works for you...Good luck!
