Sunday Maintenance Weigh-In March 24th
159.9 this morning, so .7 away from my lowest, but down from yesterday. Hope that's a trend that continues this week, but who knows. I'm cutting some of my crap out that was sneaking back in and my monthly gain should be over (along with the INSANE cravings it comes with). There's cupcakes in the house and I don't even care, which is good.
Had a super busy morning. Grabbed my son from a friend's house that he was staying at, came home, grabbed my daughter and went grocery shopping. Came home and hubby got the groceries. Then off to the violin store we went to get our violins restrung where they informed us that we actually owned her violin now (Ha! I didn't even know we were doing rent to own). Well, we knew she was outgrowing her 1/2 size violin, so ended up trading it in for a 3/4 violin. She sounds REALLY good on it too and it's gorgeous. $70 and we finally own it. Done. LOL.
While they were restringing mine, I took her out to lunch, a local burger place, kept on plan (had a few fries, but I always allow myself or I end up eating a bag of chips later LOL - it's amazing what you learn about yourself and your relationship with food). LOVE that place, we'd never been and the burgers and fries were NOT greasy at all - they have a charcoal grill that they cook on and use quality products. Win!

173 - the traditional couple pound bounce from travel. This time I was not very good, eating wise. The food on the plane was terrible (worse than usual, shame on you Air France!) So I did what I could but ended up with more carbs than I wanted.
All told, I did India - Paris - Minneapolis - New York City "yesterday.' Technically all of that occurred during "Saturday" as I raced timezones around the globe. Fun.
Got to my NJ apartment about midnight and my old bike was waiting for me - I had shipped it out before I left for India. So I stayed up and assembled it, then hopped out of bed at 6am this morning for a training ride for the Gran Fondo NY. We did about 45miles - it was only 35 degrees when we started and about 45 when we ended, but I was also testing some new cold weather gear which all worked well.
