101 lbs today. Had lots of carbs yesterday...will be monitoring myself today for "after effects" like cravings. Off to the gym!

160.5, back down a pound, a little over a pound from my lowest. The bouncing continues. Still fighting to get totally back on track. I'm doing around 1000 calories and trying to bump down to 800. At least the bloating and monthly insanity is almost over, I don't feel like I need to eat everything not nailed down. It's the normal routine, I just go with it at this point.
Off to a cupcake decorating class with my daughter. I love decorating cupcakes and cakes, I'm not all that creative, but it gives me a few hours to be silly with my best girl doing something we both enjoy. I'm not much of a cake eater these days, will probably have a sample mini one, but the rest can come home where my son will inhale them in a few hours. I don't know where he puts all the food he eats these days. He's like a machine. I'm going to have a take out a second mortgage. Preteen boys can EAT.

I haven't lost any weight this month even though I've supposedly had an average daily deficit of 400 calories over that time which should have led to a 3 pound loss. However I am pretty sure I haven't been recording my calories that accurately. I have been doing things like not measuring my food and when I started to do that, I found that my 4oz of yogurt was more like 5oz. Also, I know I've been forgetting to write some stuff down.
However, I'm not too bothered by this because my mirror and people say I look great. I supposed it's possible I'm losing fat and gaining muscle but that seems unlikely too as you normally have to eat more to gain muscle. Plus I'm not going anything weight bearing.
I don't really care though because .... I swam today and my head doesn't hurt so I might swim again tomorrow!!!!
