Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 3/19
Yay! Mom is back tomorrow!
Question of the day: What have you done since losing weight that you never thought you'd do?
159.5 this morning... the yo yo continues, all good, still under 160 and on plan.
Answer to my question: roller coasters, segway tour, extra in music video - and I'm thinking indoor skydiving soon (going to my goal thing) AND I'm thinking of attending a big camping thing called Burning Flipside (like Burning Man, only in Austin).

150.4 - my Sunday indiscretion is showing up. I will keep at the way I ate yesterday, sans the almonds that snuck in last night.
Well, I pretty much did everything I do now, just with more pain, taking up more space and I used to sweat a lot more. But, I never would have joined karate before surgery, so that's my "new" thing.
You all have a fantastic day!
I can do things with ease and no joint pain. Much like I did before I had kids.
I don't have anything exciting though.

Morning all:
160.9 so that is 1.5 down from yesterday and up .9 from goal.
Down is good.
What have I done since losing weight: Have my photo taken! Sit in an airplane seat with lots of belt left over!
I have always been active but now don't get so very tired and worn out. More limber ie: can scratch the bottom of feet with my hands instead of the other foot.
Good question Sleevegirl.

99.8 lbs today.
My most exciting achievement is that I can stay away from refined carbs (I get tempted but can make the decision to stay away). I just couldn't pre-op.
My second most exciting achievement is that I can "hangdog a 5.12". That means I can solve really hard rock climbing problems, but have to stop and take rests (as opposed to doing it without resting).
Have a good one all!

What have you done since losing weight that you never thought you'd do?
Training (hard!!) to ride in multiple 100+ mile rides this summer. Hired a cycling coach to help me prepare.. I want to thrive, not just survive...

Tried to post here earlier, but must have not hit the submit button. Candy I love your answer! You're so full of life, I bet you're a fun mom.
At 132.4 this morning, not my usual scale though so not sure how that compares, but hey, a loss is a loss I guess.
My answer to your question: I shop in the normal section of department stores. I really had resigned myself to the fact that was never going to happen for me. It blows my mind. I still sometimes find myself in the plus-size section browsing sometimes, it's like I go there on auto-pilot. I actually bought an EXTRA SMALL shirt at Kohls the other day! WTH?! Still look at it and think there's no way it'll button and then it does.
