Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 3/18
Happy Monday! No work for a week - yay! Spring Break at my college. It also means no pay due to budget cuts and furloughs, but it sure feels nice.
157.2 today. Well within range.
I don't eat breakfast until I've been up slurping coffee for a couple of hours. Work days I almost always have Greek yogurt with a little fiber cereal added for crunch ... and yeah fiber. Non work days, often a shake with a little fruit and a handful of spinach.

100.4 lbs today.
I usually have a protein shake, then a hard boiled egg at midmorning.
Have a good week, all!

Hi everybody,
For some reason I can't post replies from my home computer which has Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 9 on it. The reply area is just greyed out.
I still have my protein shake for breakfast. I have one for supper also. My meal tends to be at lunch, and with snacks, I get everything I need.
166.8 today. I have been up here for a bit but I really want to get back down to the 163-164 range so I need to get off my butt and walk, walk, walk.
Have a great day!
Breakfast:
I was having an egg almost every day plus a couple strips of hormel pre-cooked bacon (70c/4 slices) OR turkey bacon. I got a bit sick of that so I tried Almond flour pancakes. Now I cook up 8 pancakes and eat 2 per morning and refrigerate the remainder and heat them in the toaster oven. Serve with walden farms zero calorie pancake syrup and the bacon and its still low carb but a nice change of pace.
Almond flour pancakes:
1 cup trader joes almond flour/meal
2 eggs
1/2 - 2/3 cup water (depending on how thick you like your 'cakes)
2 tbsp oil
pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 t of vanilla
1 t of baking soda

I'm so jealous of those of you able to use some of this stuff! I'm allergic to tree nuts (so almond anything is out), I'm allergic to soy and most fruits. *laughing*
I'm the worst WLS paitient EVER.
