Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 3/18
Happy Monday! Kids are back to school (teacher hubby too!). Woot! Party! Party! Okay, well, at least I can work in peace. I guess I'm the fellow early bird around here. Ha!
159.4 - just .2 above my lowest. Shocked that I'm not floating up to 162 or something, but hey... whatever.
Question of the day: What did YOU have for breakfast today? I'm looking for ideas!

Almost every morning I have a shake. It's easy and I'm too sleepy to bother with anything fussy.

I hate that! It's like... I eat crap and the scale goes down... I eat right and it goes up. LOL :) Totally screws with my head.

Yay! I'm posting in the maintenance forum! Reaching goal is awesome.
Started a medically required liquid diet on Saturday for a hemorrhoid surgery I'm having Wednesday morning. That's classy I know, but hey, it's life. Weird way to start maintenance. My breakfast today was a Click shake, even without the liquid diet that's how I start most days. 1.) I'm lazy 2.) It gets me a good dose of protein first thing 3.) Also gets me a good dose of caffeine first thing.
Lowest weigh in ever this morning at 133. Blows my mind.

Good Morning!! I'm without a scale for a week...and it's kinda of messing with me! I searched the house we're staying in and couldn't find one...lol. I will survive, I suppose. It's Spring Break and we're staying with friend for a week. Yesterday, was not a stellar day and I suppose this week won't be either, but plan to do the best I can...feels weird to be a thinner person on vacation. I plan to indulge but not go overboard and get right back on as soon as I get home. I was able to do that at Christmas and know I can do it again. The goal is to make goal this summer:)
For breakfast, I have a coffee protein shake every morning...I'm boring.
