Good morning. Very little sleep last night and if I weighed this morning I'd almost certainly be up. My calories weren't bad yesterday but my sodium was horrible.

I will be traveling from this evening through Tuesday to my brother-in-law's funeral. So unfortunately you folks are on your own until Wednesday. If someone would like to volunteer to post Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday please do so below. If not, first person in please throw a thread up.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

160.1 0 up nearly a pound from my lowest... this is the usual pattern so I'm not worried, just keepin' on keepin' on.

Will be thinking of you, Mom. Love you.

Today is the big bad corporate tax deadline. I expect at least one CPA to call me that hasn't got their crap together. This is the stress filled time of the year for me. I didn't gain 5 pounds this year, so it's a win for sure. I think therapy has helped me SO much. I'm stressed, but it's not that crushing feeling. I can't control the world. It feels good to manage the stress instead of letting it consume me.

I want what you have regarding the stress. So well stated. And the fact that you have put it into practice during such a stressful period says a lot about how far you have come.

Hang in there Sleevegirl... think of the stress on us poor business owners that have to pay those taxes :)

Safe travels mom...

173.5 - finally dropping back into the middle of maintenance range... feels better.

Ah, but I also own a bookkeeping firm. So I get YOUR stress of 50+ clients crawling all over us, the CPA's stress plus the stress of getting my own stuff done. The corporate return for me was done last week. The CPA is hounding me for my personal. My taxes are always a headache because my company has grown bigger and we do some weird stuff sometimes LOL. Honestly, it's a headache. The good news is that we owed less than I thought so I have a little extra cash from my tax savings account. Hey, I can go clothes shopping! LOL.

Eh, six months ago, we made some changes and I no longer work as "lead" anymore. I have two leads so most of the stress has been transferred to them. I just have to step in when something weird happens or there's a problem. *looks at email* And there's always a problem. LOL

Ha, I know that "always a problem" feeling. We're up to 120 employees.  If each person has a problem PER YEAR, i have 2-3 per week that end up in my email box, not to mention 100+ customers.

Oh well, there are lots of good things, too.

OMG. I have 11 employees. If I have 120, I'd have to slit my wrists. They are all women too (don't get me wrong, women rock, but OMFG). LOL

Morning All:

Safe travels Mom.

Down .7 so that is  good thing but still 1.9 above goal.   160.9    I know it is nitpicking but unless I keep tabs on every pound I have the huge fear that it will turn into 5 pounds and then 10 pounds and then.......to ugly to think about.

I echo the TGIF sentiment and trust that all of us will have a stress free day.  Well, hopefully a mostly stress free day.

Safe travel Mom.

110.7 lbs.

I agree about the time change. I have been dragging all week.
