Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Thursday 3/14

I have a suggestion, which you may or may not like:

I try to avoid simple carbs, but when I do have them I find they can start to escalate easily. Eating simple carbs makes me crave more simple carbs. When that happens, I cut all sugars/starches, even my daily steel cut oats out. It takes a few days, but the cravings go away and I can re-introduce a  reasonable number of complex carbs like my oats again (I still eat relatively low carb, but had to bump them a little to stop the loss).

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
