Nooooo!
I had to detox off crap. I started snacking on something sweet every day. Then I had the nerve to start snacking on Doritos.

I went on Greek yogurt for lunch and dinner, added some cinnamon, torani syrup, a tablespoon of kashi and about 5 butterscotch chips.

Yeah. I've been adding and subtracting crap for awhile now.

I seem to have to sort of recommit to getting to my goal every 2-3 months. Time to do it again.
