Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 3/12

Good morning and Happy Tuesday.

This week's weight: 138.4

So I've decided to go to weighing weekly instead of daily for a while and see how that works. If it doesn't I'll switch back to daily. Meantime, I'll keep posting these every day and just list Monday's weight as "this week's weight" unless someone else is eager to take it over.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

I am eating **** It stops now. Protein shakes and Green Chicken Soup are on the menu for the next couple of days.

You go, Mom. Weekly weigh-ins. The next step in your maintenance??

We'll see. As long as things stay under control. I know I need a scheduled weigh-in to keep me accountable. Otherwise when I know I'm not eating right I'll practice scale avoidance. Let's see if weekly will work instead of daily. If not, meh, back to daily.

Yep. That's why I'm making myself still post a weight every day. Too easy to talk myself out of being accountable.

Snow here today. Weather monkeys had us down for 50 degrees today. It's Colorado, so snow and 50 degrees in the same day is a real possibility.

Stay warm everyone.

Morning all:

Not quite sure what I did or perhaps the better way to say is what I didn't do yesterday.

up .9 to 161.3

Water, water, water today.

Mom I am too nervous to let it go a week. Still not disciplined enough.  Hopefully one day.

Have a good one everyone.  Pouring outside.  Off for a 7k walk, but am not sugar so won't melt.

Heading to my doctor for a follow up to my happy pills today. It's cold. (duh)

159.4 this morning. I'm shocked. I thought for sure I'd see a little gain today. I expect to float back over 160 the next week or two before it starts losing again. That seems to be the new normal. Hey, whatever, as long as the trend is downwards, I don't care! LOL.

I let some junk slide back into my daily eating. Now I'm focusing on protein, veggies and water again.

I also think I need a new scale battery.

171.9 this morning at 4am before I headed out the door to fly home...

Worked out hard over the weekend, went a little high on the carbs/sodium combo yesterday so carrying an extra pound or two of H20 this morning.

Presumably it's all going toward muscle building. I have a BodPod body fat check tomorrow afternoon, so it will be interesting to see if that changed - i had one done about 5 months ago as I was approaching goal weight.  Then I was at 16.3%.  I'm down 10 pounds from then, which I hope is all fat. If so, I *should* come in around 11-12% BF.
