Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 3/5

Good morning! Snowpocalypse headed our way tonight into tomorrow. Depending on which forecast you look at, 15+ inches of heavy wet snow is possible. Since I have satellite internet, if we get that I may be invisible tomorrow morning. If so, someone else please post.

Up 2.9.

Salt.  No other excuse, other than emotional eating.  Have to come to terms about that.   Was great all day and then about 10pm it hit.  Silly silly silly solution is to eat when I KNOW that food ( even raw carrots don't help the heart/ mind )

Hope that the snow is not as bad as expected.

Good Morning!  179.3 again this morning 

So that's the storm they're saying is a possibility up here.  Yech!  Stay dry and warm Mom!  It's been basically grey up here for about a week, with off and on snow.  Luckily, the temps will be in the upper 30's-lower 40's, so melting has been on-going.

Today's weight: 157.6 - back on track.

Finally getting back to our routine. My parents are on their way back to Minnesota and I have no long distance races up in the next couple months. Back to spin, weight training & yoga along with around 15 miles per week running. Back to our grilled chicken and steamed broccoli without having to add potatoes or bread to the table! I am much happier being back to a routine and I am hoping to lose a little more weight before my next half marathon in August.

Morning all - been snowing for about 24 hours here - 8" on the ground and still snowing....

172.5 today, nice drop from yesterday's heart-stopping jump to 174.  I think that confirms sodium intake as a culprit and low-water consumption.

Continuing to work Weight-loss mode style eating until I get back into my current maintenance range of 165-170, which should happen post-workout tonight :)

Have fun with the snow everyone in the snow-belt!

We got hit with about 10 inches of snow on Sunday.  Not fun!

My pants are tight today so I know I am heading in the wrong direction.  I have to take myself by the scruff of the neck and give myself a good talking to about all the things I shouldn't be eating.  I need to take my calorie levels down on a  daily basis.  I started today with some homemade vegetarian chili which is really low in calories.  I am determined to find some dense protein so I will get full quicker.  The chili sure did the trick.

166 again today.
