Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday 3/4
Good Morning:
Today's weight 193.2. Down from last week 1.4. At least it is in the right direction from last week.
I think for me it has become too easy to be OK with where I am. I still need to lose 23 lbs to be at my first goal. I hope I'm getting back to the right mind set to lose those 23 lb.
That 23 lbs less is still not where my doctor wants me to be. But 53 lbs more in total lbs does not seem realistic in my mind. I'm tackling those 23 lbs and then will reassess those additional 30.

Up to 174 today after a lot of workout time over the weekend. Too much sodium and not enough water is my diagnosis. I ate clean today, kept the sodium lower, and upped the H2O - hope to see the results tomorrow.
Tomorrow night will be challenging - doing my first "Time Trial" on the bike - the purpose of which is to establish base-level training zones for power output and heart rate. 30 minutes of full-bore, go as hard as you can, pedaling. Yikes!
