Mom, when you're done, I'd love to hear what you thought of your belly dance class!

Massive workout yesterday - and another today.

I think my legs are starting to pick up muscle from 3-5x a week heavy cycling workouts of 90-120 minutes.  My shirt size is getting smaller - mediums are now fitting pretty well, while pants are getting tight in the quads, but not the waist.

I'm less concerned about overall weight, now, than I am about body fat... probably time for a bod-pod again to see if anything's changed.  I can tell from clothing that it has, though that doesn't necessarily mean bf% has changed, if feels like it has.

Training for the "season" has really kicked off, and it's fun to be part of a group now that is training together for some events.  Hopefully it will keep me motivated and accountable from a fitness perspective.

125.4. This is the second time I've gotten down to 125. We'll see if it sticks this time.

I have mixed emotions about it because I believe I am now what we call "skinny fat" so the fact that the number on the scale is acceptable does not please me. I know I am not in shape. Plus I couldn't swim this morning because my head hurt and I'm pissed about that.
