Daily Maintenance Weigh In - TGIF 3/1
Good morning and happy March. Spring is almost here.
Today's weight: 135.8, down from 137.2 yesterday which was up from 136.2 the day before. So bouncy, bouncy.
No big weekend plans. Found a belly-dancing class I may start on Sunday.
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22
175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012
Good morning! 179.7 this morning, which is up a bit from the previous few days. I am still trying to get my system back on track since the colonoscopy last week. I was also out of fiber gummies for a few days, so didn't resume those until a couple of days ago. I am trying to increase my fiber through what I eat, as well. I know I will get regulated again - just have to be patient.
I have a wrinkly belly, but not a sagging panus in spite of not having surgery. I just didn't carry a lot of weight there. Already talked to the instructor - lots of women wear some sort of body suit thing under their costumes for any performances, as they are not a group of young, flat bellied things. And since I'm just doing this for fun, the only performances I'd likely do would be when the group does some charity things.

Mom, I must have read your post quickly, as I missed that you might be starting a belly dancing class. Sounds like fun! I got a shear body suit designed for belly dancers to wear under my costume last year. I did it to hold my very generous bat wings in, and no one could tell in pictures or with me on stage that I was wearing it. This year's costume has cap sleeves, so I'll need it again. Sounds as if you won't need such an item, but if you decide you do, PM me and I'll give you the link.
149.0 - so puffy it's painful. Chiropractor said it would happen. He had to really work on my neck, shoulders and hips - and a fallen arch on my right foot. I was a mess. Now, I'm a puffy mess.
I'm taking a break from the main forum. I'm on the edge of saying things that will get me kicked off of OH.
I'll just post here, or maybe go lurk in the Lapband and DS forums. For some reason, I always feel happier when I do that.
I've missed whatever on the main forum is pushing you to the edge.
I have a 'look on the bright side' thought for you: 'so puffy it's painful' and your weight is 149.0?? That's awesome. You didn't go back up over 150 in spite of the puffiness.
Go you.
