Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Tuesday 2/26
Jane, I would love to help, but in truth, all of my tricks involve lean protein and green veggies. I would not have the slightest clue how to do this as a vegetarian. Here is what I do and if you can find something in this that helps you, that would be fantastic.
1) I eat five times a day, no snacking in between at all.
2) Three of those meals are lean dense protein or protein heavy chili or one of my chicken soups.
3) The other two meals are veggie based. I have veggie salads made from all different veggies, but I really concentrate on high fiber low carb veggies.
No fruit, no nuts, no dairy, no wine, no drinking my calories in any way.
I do this until.... it usually only takes me a few days to get back to normal.
