VSG Maintenance Group
3 years post VSG yesterday.
So thankful for my VSG. 3 years post op and plus sized clothes, aaaaand all my pre op co morbidities... hypertension, Obstructive sleep apnea, and joint aches, becoming all just a distant memory.
So thankful for my VSG.....Oh yeah, I already said that. Will probably keep on saying it for the rest of my life, at least I hope I won't ever take it for granted.
I rarely catch colds, and seem to be getting more and more flexible every day. (physically that is) am still getting old and set in my ways but don't feel as old as I did 5 years ago.

Hey Carol. My 3 year anniversary was also yesterday. I was so busy with company here that it slipped my mind. Congratulations on your anniversary! And I agree totally with you. Guess I'll post my own anniversary thread.
Some people might not support my WLS decision.
Those people remind me of slinkys. Not good for much but it would would bring a smile to my face if someone pushed them down the stairs.
Ticker includes Pre-op weight loss 24 lb.
Congratulations to you also Wanda. Yesterday was a very busy day for me as well. Also went to the twilight movie with my grandchildren last night. Celebrated with some buttery movie popcorn and coke during the flick.
Oh well, today, eating my vegies and protein.

We are leaving soon for our grandson's all day basketball tournament. I'm packing some baby carrots along. I've got to get the extra 7 pounds off NOW!
