157.2 this morning. Still fine, but would like to get down a couple of pounds for a little more cushion.
Should be beautiful here today. Cold nights and early mornings in the 30's, but high of 66 today. Hope I can get out of this office at some point and at least go for a walk!
Lots of sodium yesterday and today I'm up two pounds. I supposed I shouldn't be surprised, but I was because I looked in the mirror before I stepped on the scale. LOL

Slim, Mom brings up a great point re chaperoning = weight loss :-)
100.8 lbs today. My cravings for carbs seem to be waning. I both lowered the amount I was eating (from 80 to 60) and changed the kinds of carbs I was eating (from quest bars to veggies and sweet potatoes). This week, I'll try to get my carbs back up to 80, but using mostly vegetables and fruits. It will be interesting to see if it causes me to crave carbs.

Thanks Gail. I'm going to try your model this week. I'd like to get my carbs up to a respectable 80 or so without causing cravings, so no quest bars but more veggies (and minimal starch).
