Daily Maintenance Weigh In - TGIF 2/22

177.8 With all the cleaning out my system did and not being able to eat after a light breakfast, it felt as though I'd lost at least 10 lbs!  :)  The colonoscopy went fine - they removed a small polyp and will let me know if I'm on the 3, 5, or 10 year plan to return once they find out what kind it was.  I'm in slow motion right now, but blissfully enjoying my coffee!

Mom, sounds like you are being good and following orders to rest up that shoulder.  Hope you heal fast.  Congrats on official maintenance status!
